2. Accuracy and reliance

We work hard to keep the densities and conversion math accurate, and we source from the USDA FoodData Central database and the King Arthur Baking weight chart wherever possible. That said, ingredient density varies based on brand, humidity, age, and how it's packed in the cup. The figures on this site are working averages. Recipes can fail for reasons that have nothing to do with the conversion. You use the site at your own risk.

3. Acceptable use

Use the site for personal cooking, baking, recipe development, and professional reference. You may not:

• Scrape or systematically copy our content without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt the site through automated traffic or attacks.
• Use any content from the site to train machine-learning models without written permission.
